Information we collect
Cookies and Analytics - When you visit www.NitroDesk.com, we send one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of your experience by saving your session information such as current page being viewed.
Aggregate Information - We also use Google Analytics services to capture information such as visitor sources, visitor trends, web sites from which visitors reach our page etc.
None of the information collected can every be used by NitroDesk to identify the individual users of our sites. Our Google Analytics information is password protected, and it does not enable identification of individual users.
Log information - When you use the NitroDesk web site, our servers automatically record data that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
User Communications - If you send communications to NitroDesk through e-mail, postal mail or through other means, these messages may be retained by NitroDesk in order to provide you with better services.
In-program Feedback - If you send us feedback on our products using forms present in the products we create, such communications may be preserved by NitroDesk.
License Purchase Screens - NitroDesk utilizes ESellerate.net for performing product license validation and purchases. This is to provide you with a seamless purchase experience. Information you send to Esellerate.net as part of a purchase you are making will be made available to us for customer tracking.
Credentials to connect to services - In certain products, you may be required to provide identification to be able to access third party services in order to perform the function of the product. NitroDesk stores this information securely on your computer and uses it solely for logging on to the service for which you have provided such credentials.
Information collected from your services - In certain products, information from your online services may be accessed by NitroDesk. NitroDesk will not send this information outside your computer except to the service to which you have requested to send the information. Transferring photos from one photo sharing site to another is an example of such conscious information distribution.
