TouchDown™ is available for a 30 day free evaluation.
Please do not follow the steps described here to purchase TouchDown until you have first installed the trial version and made sure that it works for your account.

Purchasing TouchDown from the Android Market

When you purchase a TouchDown™ license from the Android market, you will NOT be issued a serial number. Instead you will receive a license key program which you can simply run on your device, causing the Trial version of TouchDown™ to get activated.

• Open Android Market on the device
• Press the Search button, type in nitrodesk and click Search
• If you find an application called Exchange By TouchDown Key, select it.
• Click the Buy button under the application
• Follow the prompts to purchase and install the application on the device
• At the end of the installation, you will get the option to open the application. Open the application.
• Once you have opened this key application once, your main TouchDown application will be activated.
• You may now close the license key application and start using the unlocked main Touchdown application

Purchasing TouchDown from the Amazon Appstore for Android

When you purchase a TouchDown™ license from the Amazon Appstore for Android, you will NOT be issued a serial number. Instead you will receive a license key program which you can simply run on your device, causing the Trial version of TouchDown™ to get activated.

Purchasing TouchDown from NitroDesk through our website

Follow these steps ONLY if you are unable to purchase the application through the Android Market, or if you are purchasing a volume license for more than one device. (Volume discounts are shown as a link in the shopping cart)

This purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE, so please make sure you have installed and successfully run the trial version before purchasing.

This site will also let you purchase using a PO if you are located in the US and the purchase amount is greater than 250USD. Once you place the order, instructions on completing the order will be emailed to you. Please use the contacts listed in the order document to fulfill.

• Click the button above to launch the shopping cart
• Complete the purchase using any major credit card, or paypal
• Once you complete the purchase, you will be emailed a confirmation.
• The confirmation email will contain a "Serial Number" (this is NOT the order confirmation number starting with ST)
• Open TouchDown on your device
• On the main TouchDown screen, click the icon which looks like a Shopping Cart
• In the "Activate" screen that pops up, select the option "I have a license key"
• Type in the license key below it
• If you dont mistype the key, the Go button at the bottom will be enabled. Click it
• Your copy of TouchDown will now be activated

Please NEVER lose the serial number in the email confirmation, since you will not be able to retrieve it later.
